Price is for each bowl and saucer set. Antique 1912 Indian Tree Flat Cream Soup Bowl & Saucer set, England bone china double-handled cream soup bowls with matching under-plates in the well-known "Indian Tree Pattern" by J&G Meakin, produced in England circa 1912.
The bowls and under-plates have a white background on which are painted gorgeous floral groupings in pink, blue and yellow with green leaves and brown branches. The rims are trimmed in gold design and there are gold accents on the bowl handles.
The bowls are 4 3/4 inches/12 cm wide excluding the handles and are 1 3/4 inches/5 cm tall.
The under-plates are 6 3/4 inches/16.5 cm in diameter.
All pieces are in excellent condition with vibrant colouring. One of the cups has a very small chip, as indicated in the photos. Otherwise, no damage or repairs. The pieces are in good condition, the gild is slightly worn, consistent with the age of the bowl.
