1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Some fragile or oversized items may require additional preparation time to ensure safe packaging.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work exclusively with reputable and trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the item’s size, weight, and destination.

If you have a preferred courier or wish to arrange your own pickup, please contact us before completing your purchase.

3. Global Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer, unless prepaid through a selected shipping service at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import regulations.

International buyers are advised to check with their local customs office for information regarding import restrictions or additional charges prior to placing an order.

4. Packaging and Handling

We take extreme care in packaging every item using appropriate protective materials to minimize risk during transport.
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely:

  • We cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • All shipments include tracking. Insurance may be added upon request at the buyer’s expense.

5. In-Person Pickup

We offer in-person pickup appointments by prior arrangement only at our location in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
